Ice Fishing, 2025

As a kid my Grandpa would take my brothers and I ice fishing in Rural Pennsylvania. I always found it to be a mysterious form of fishing since you can’t see below the ice usually. Mysterious, but also very cold. That’s why I painted someone building a fire in the background. If I were ice fishing, I’d certainly require a campfire to retreat to after fishing. Otherwise, I’d be cold and grumpy.
